TRACKS USA is an LLC enterprise owned and operated by Tony, Bruce and Kathy Vruwink and employee Ben Dahline. TRACKS USA has a retail-warehouse located by Lake Lillian, Minnesota.  We normally answer the phone from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time, although we have been known to take calls outside these hours. Walk-in customers are always welcome!
Our goal at TRACKS USA is to provide customers with quality products at realistic prices while maintaining the profit margin necessary for our business to succeed. The large quantities of our volume buying and the efficiency of our operation allow us to achieve this goal.

Customers often ask us how we can sell new name brand products for less than our competitors and stay in business. Here's how we do it:

• We run a tight ship. Every marketing dollar is carefully spent.
• We work off of volume. We just rely on good, old-fashioned, reliable business principles. We buy in quantities and pass the savings on to our customers!
• We try to provide the highest level of customer service and product quality in the industry. We are all very knowledgeable about all the products we market: TRACKS USA Rail and Tunnel extensions, Camoplast tracks and a variety of other top quality products.
  

We firmly believe in the power of the Internet to promote products. However, due to the application questions most customers have with snowmobile tracks, it is imperative to be able to take the time necessary to visit with customers about their particular application and order.

Many customers have narrowed their choice down to two or three different part numbers and want to know more about the specific characteristics of each. This cannot be achieved with online ordering. Also, what would entail the exchange and time of numerous e-mails can be accomplished with one quick phone conversation. This same phone conversation can then be used to place the order.

While snowmobile tracks account for the majority of our business, TRACKS USA has become involved with several associated products, including industry leading TRACKS USA Rail and Tunnel Extensions. Our TRACKS USA Rail Extensions and Tunnel Extensions are designed in-house and locally manufactured.
